0094.7 – Lighting Up the Holidays

You never really appreciate the effort of decorating when you are forced to do it as a kit, but it really does go a long way in putting you in a warm festive mood.

The holidays are a busy time. Hopefully no one minds another chibi page~ ^.^;

  1. I definitely agree on adding the whites of the eyes for the Chibi Vixens. I feel like it adds a lot.

    1. It certainly makes them more expressive :3

  2. The chibi pages do such a good job at letting each vixen’s personality shine through ^^ We now know the answer to the question of how many vixens does it take to put up Christmas lights: five to do the hard work, and the sixth one to enact her plot of getting revenge for being used as a Christmas tree that one year x3

    1. The quiet ones are the ones to look out for >:3

  3. I really like the chibi pages, even more now with the bit extra effort on the eyes <3

    1. I’m glad it’s paying off ^_^

  4. Okay; that’s about where I’d expect to ind Red, but I never expected Ferra to be that mischievous! …assuming she’s about to do what it looks like she’s about to do. 😉 🙂 🙂

    1. aaah, I wouldn’t read too much into it, honestly ^^;;
      Chibi page or not, they’re all appreciated!

  5. There’s a fine line between leaving the lights up too long and putting them up early, that line is crossed in this neighbourhood like it didn’t exist 🙂 That’s safer too and you don’t even notice the LED icicle lights after a while.

  6. I like icicle lights… IF they are multi-colored and twinkle. 🙂

  7. Quick tip for everyone with LED light madness! ;P

    Empty 3d printer filament spools are a godesnd to roll up christmas lights and people usually just throw them away when empty

  8. I remember when LED lights came out and they were so expensive they were a status symbol, now there’s more lights in a string and they’re in Dollarama. I sort of like the look of the old bulbs better, the big ones, but at least now if one goes out they don’t all go out 🙂 and you don’t have to leave the bottom of the tree unlit so a hot bulb didn’t catch the ribbon on a package on fire and the cats wouldn’t break them.
