0131 – Let Her Cook

Sorry for the late post! We're still getting back into the swing of things.

Personally, I prefer the shorter length pasta. I like to twirl it on my fork, but I don't want to pick up half the plate in one go.

  1. Shorter pieces fall off the fork easier but they don’t make as much of a mess spraying sauce around.
This is why I generally use rotini or something similar or even broad egg noodles ๐Ÿ™‚
The spiral and other shapes hold the sauce better too and they pretty much all taste the same anyway.
If I have to use lng thin noodles for some reason I prefer linguini, it has a better sauce holding texture.

  2. Sometimes, depending on the day, that ‘crunch’ breaking spaghetti is more satisfying than eating it ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Exactly! ๐Ÿ™‚

Love the last panel; with both Marble and Ferra’s expressions.. ๐Ÿ™‚ Now I’m waiting to see if Ferra has a particular reason for breaking even short noodles. Is it really just for the little broken bits?
I’ll use this same “no answer, just do it” technique when someone’s trying to tell me I’m doing something wrong when it’s something that has no right or wrong to it. ๐Ÿ™‚

And I love Ferra’s name, because I use “Ferric Ed” for myself in certain places. ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ™‚
